Bob Schuckenbrock "Schuck" (Manager)
Experience: Started in the Parts Dept in 1989, moved to Service Manager 1993, and in 1998 took over as Dealer Principle and Manager.
About: Schuck is a lifelong resident of the Bowling Green area were he and his family opperate a farm and cattle herd around the Ashley community just south Bowling Green. 
Specialty: New Holland Tractor and Haytools, Kinze planter,Bush Hog product- Using these products on his own farm gives him alot experience & knowledge of these types of machinery.

Bob Tepen (Assistant Manager)
Experience: Since 1974, Bob has been involved with all aspects of the dealership from parts to service to accounting.
About: Bob, a lifelong resident of the Bowling Green area works with his brothers in a row crop farm operation. He has also been very involved with the St. Clement KofC.
Specialty: Ford tractors, Claas machinery, Kinze planters-Like Schuck, Bob uses this equipment in his own farm practice.

Jim Huckstep (Service Manager)
Experience: Started in 1980
About: Jimmy has lived and worked in the Pike County Area his entire life. In his youth along with his brothers and sisters, worked his parents farm. For many years the Hucktsep family custom hayed and hauled for a large number of Pike County residents. He now operates his own hay and livestock farm with his family just outside of Bowling Green.
Specialty:  Just about anything ever sold and service from this location especialy Ford tractors.

Joe Grote(Parts Manager)
Expereince: Started in the Parts Dept. 2001 
About:Joe has a vast agriculture knowledge and experience. He grew up and helped on his parents farm and then spent several years in the chemical, seed & fertilizer business in the surrounding area.
Specialty: All parts needs in both the brands we carry as well as aftermarket sources for other brands.


Doug Grote(Sales)
Experience: Worked in the Parts Dept from 1993 through 2003. In early 2004 moved over to the Sales Staff.
About: A lifelong resident of the Bowling Green area where he farmed with his parents and grandparents.
Specialty: Lawn & Garden, New Holland Tractors & haytools, Kinze planters, & Bush Hog brand products. Through using Exmark mowers at his own home and his relationship with Exmark Mfg., Doug usualy has his hands on the product from sales to service.

Mike Hobbs(Service)
Experience: US Army, Seargent 1st Class(Retired) Joined our service dept. 2005.
About: Mike & his wife moved back to the farm near the Bowling Green area in 2002 after retiring from the US Army with 20 years of service as truck and diesel mechanic and fleet maintenance supervisor.
Specialty: New Holland tractors and equipment. He also has a passion for antique tractors and farm equipment.


Fritz Buckmeier(Service)
Experience: Fifteen+ years with all types of lawn & garden and small engine repair.
About: Resides in the Curryville area where his hobbies include quite frankly, small engines
Specialty:  Any Small engines & lawn & garden, as well as compact/utility tractors


Susan Cohea(Office)
Experience: Started here in 1996.
About: Resides in Louisiana,MO with her family.
Experience: Keeping the loose ends together that we men create on a day to day basis is probably more of an experience than she would like.

Lil Peabody(Office)
Experience: Joined Bowling Green Equipment upon the retirement of Bea Meyer in 2005.
About: Resides in Louisiana,MO with her family.
Experience: Although Bea's 50 plus years is hard to replace Lil has filled those shoes very well.
